SaaS operations & hosting
We run and monitor the Pulse cloud environment on AWS: availability, security updates, backups and capacity sized to each circuit.

One-week setup per circuit, using an agent in the customer network or a site-to-site VPN from AWS, followed by device discovery and user onboarding.
Integration
Connecting Pulse with the customer’s cinema servers, projectors, ticketing systems and ITSM tools, and with in-house or outsourced NOC teams.
24×7 support & training
Support across time zones, runbook configuration, and training for field engineers, engineering managers and finance users.

Pulse is one platform for cinema circuits, on web and mobile. It combines live equipment telemetry, predictive AI and capex-grade financial analysis, so field teams, engineering managers and finance work from the same data. It is built as a stack: telemetry → operations → analytics → predictive AI → lifecycle → capex.

About Promotec
PROMOTEC S.A. is a technology services company incorporated in Uruguay. We contract with cinema operators outside Uruguay, invoice in US dollars as an exporter of services, and run our infrastructure on Amazon Web Services.
Company stage. Promotec started operating in 2026 and is onboarding its first customers in the United States. Our focus for 2027 is to grow Pulse operations to more cinema circuits.
